i’m a gitea novice (and v impressed),
so maybe this is already clear, but i can’t find the info i need in the documentation.
what is the visibility status of private repos?
i am admin on a selfhosted instance and when i create a private repo, it is not viewable on the open web and nor can other users see it. but when another user on my instance creates a private repo, its not viewable on the open web but i can see it in full. can users have private repos that admin cannot view?
i am in an organization with the user concerned, but the repo created is not part of the organization (and is older than it actually).
any pointers to help me face-palm my way out of this appreciated.
