Triggering a mirror sync via SSH

Hi
I use Gitea to mirror a github repo “just in case”. Is there a way to trigger that mirror sync run via SSH?

I want to power on the box, have it sync, then power it off a short while later, just to save ££.

Any ideas welcome.
