Why does the setting ALLOWED_ORG_VISIBILITY_MODES not exist like ALLOWED_USER_VISIBILITY_MODES. Both have a option to set the default (DEFAULT_ORG_VISIBILITY and DEFAULT_USER_VISIBILITY), but only users can be forbidden to choose some visibility mode. We would like it to be impossible for administrators to make a mistake and make a public organisation.
