I don’t think they have announced anything like that, but I know Gitea Ltd. has supported Blender’s transition to Gitea (source: Open source sustainment and the future of Gitea - Blog).
I imagine they would be willing to work with you though, I haven’t found an official way to get in contact with Gitea Ltd., but you could reach out to @lunny on Discord for more info.
