External renderer asciidoc not working

Hello!
No matter, what I try, gitea is ignoring the external renderer.

Config in app.ini

[markup.asciidoc]
ENABLED = true
FILE_EXTENSIONS = .adoc,.asciidoc
RENDER_COMMMAND = “asciidoctor -s -a showtitle --out-file=- -”
IS_INPUT_FILE = false

gitea 1.13.6
MariaDB 10.5

Also tried asciidoc, RENDER_COMMAND with and without path.
As nobody else has this problem it is something stupid, but I am at a loss.

I have this working with the exact same config as you. Does asiidoctor work on your system outside of gitea?
