How to set up a connection with the application - Confluence

I need to set up a connection with the application Confluence.

I make these settings in Confluence. I enter the URL of the application. Then I click add.
A form appears to fill out.

Where can I get information to complete this window?

I don’t know confluence, but if it’s an OAuth2 standard. I think you can create an application in your Gitea instance. In setting → applications.
