A user reported they were not able to edit their own comments on an issue in Gitea 1.5.x. I made them a collaborator of the repo and gave them write permissions still they were not able to edit their comments. Is this a bug in Gitea or a feature? How can I allow users to edit their own comments without giving them administrative privileges to a public Gitea repository?

change the collaborator to have write authority.
