I am courious about is there any integration plugin to eclipse mylyn?
When I am working on a new feature in Eclipse IDE, I would like to commit to a specified issue filled with the issueid in the git comment field. With mylyn connector this automatically happen.

Even if this discussion is a bit old, I want to share a positive answer to the question.
I recently had the same need, and find nothing, so I decided to develop my own simple Gitea connector for Mylyn.
The first very limited version (read only) is now available at Mylyn/Gitea Tasks Connector Update Site | mylyn-gitea-updatesite
