Gitea Install panics out

I was attempting to setup Gitea on port 80, however whenever I finish the install the following page loads:

Gitea doesn’t crash, however if I restart it, it doesn’t start and instead does this: https://ghostbin.com/paste/ju2g2/raw
I’m probably messing something up, however, is this is a known issue, and is there a solution?

I have this problem with Ubuntu for Windows.
I’ve installed Go 1.9 from https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/go1.9.1.linux-amd64.tar.gz

In Windows work all correctly.
In Windows is installed Go 1.10.3
