Any suggestion to integrate Gitea and Kanboard? Searched a bit, could not find anything.

There is Kanban like integration that is currently in development for the next release 1.11.0. Scheduled for the 15/12/2019. https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/8346
If you want to use kanboard, you can configure hooks in Gitea to call Kanboard, but you will need to develop a plugin to handle this calls. Maybe you can try some Gog for kanboard plugins, as gitea is a fork of gog
