Hi, the OS is centos 7, both the time and the time zone are correct, but when I edit file via the web browser(IE and Chrome), the timestamp’s time zone is wrong. My timezone is +8, but upload file or edit file via browser the timezone is -6, how to solve it？Thank you！

have you found a solution, friend? I met the same problem on Gitea 1.9.4

Reported as an issue in #7373.
It will be solved in 1.10.0, and probably in 1.9.5 if that version is released.
