The time has come for another major release! We are proud to present Gitea 1.6.0 to the world. In this release, we merged 178 pull requests – it’s less than last time (258).

Haven’t dug through the implementation yet but I’m happy to see steps taken to thwart bots. Not a huge fan of reCAPTCHA so if anyone is interested in a PoW-based solution I may be able to help land a PR for that.
