Create review commits via API

Hi folks,

I just fund this awesome pull request which adds API functionality for pull requests.

So I tried to add a comment in an existing pull request via the API. Unfortunately I didn’t found an post endpoint for review related comments.

Is this supposed to work, or simply not implemented yet?

Found the correct endpoint: /repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{index}/comments
